Very easy to clean thanks to the non-stick coating, which allows for an easy release of the food. The Forest 18 allows you to cook in a healthier way, without the need to use oil.  Made from 100% recycled aluminum with soft touch bakelite handles, its induction base can be used on various surfaces, induction hobs, ceramic hobs and gas or electric stoves. Its non-stick interior guarantees homogeneous cooking. The Forest set must be hand washed. These items are produced to last as long as possible in the kitchen, without losing quality.

Before first use, boil water and then use an absorbent cloth moistened with vegetable oil on the non-stick surface. Then wash with hot water and dry it. Wash it with hot water, detergent and a soft sponge after each use. Do not use abrasive scrubs. Do not place it empty in the heat source. In addition to the above recommendations for use, this product is maintenance-free.
